ChatGPT used to tell erotic stories

It was only a matter of time before someone used generative artificial intelligence to tell sweet but lewd stories. Lovense , perhaps best known for its remote control sex toys, introduced the ChatGPT Pleasure Companion this week. The company’s newest innovation in sex tech is to do what everyone else seems to be doing these days – add artificial intelligence to them.

In this case, the name of the product is quite ambiguous. Launched in beta on the company’s own remote device control app, “Advanced Lovense ChatGPT Pleasure Companion” invites you to immerse yourself in the juicy and erotic stories that the companion creates based on the theme of your choice. Fans of spicy fanfiction will probably be very pleased. Once the user has chosen a topic, the companion will even narrate the story and control the Lovense toy as it reads it. It may not be exactly what the marketers of the 1990s had in mind when they coined the word “multimedia”, but overall a good approach.

The feature is even customizable – you can set some parameters. Users can decide what type of story they want – romantic or sensual, juicy or spicy. They can choose the main characters and the physical location where the exuberant artificial intelligence fantasy will play out.

Of course, this is all a way for Lovense to sell more of its remote control toys. “The higher the intensity of the story, the stronger and faster the reaction of the toy will be,” the company promises.

“Our Advanced Lovense ChatGPT Pleasure Companion now allows you to create the story you want, live out whatever fantasy or dream you have, and completely immerse yourself in it,” said Deng Liu, CEO of Lovense, in a statement to TechCrunch. “With the help of our companion, you can now create any kind of story and explore your sexuality and its boundaries completely independently.”

The company describes the technology as “beta” and says it’s available exclusively on the Lovense Remote app, free of charge to all app users.
